Think in samples
One trade proves almost nothing. Judge the execution immediately, but judge the edge only across a meaningful sample.

EXECUTE WITHOUT SELF-DECEPTION
Psychology is not permanent confidence. It is the ability to follow a valid process while uncertainty, boredom, fear and loss are present.
Enter the system ↓01 / THE FOUNDATION
One trade proves almost nothing. Judge the execution immediately, but judge the edge only across a meaningful sample.
Label what is happening — fear, urgency, frustration, euphoria. Naming the emotion creates distance from the impulse.
A planned loss can be excellent execution. An impulsive win can be a dangerous mistake reinforced by luck.
Plan, risk, entry, management, review.
Leave the screen and review.
02 / THE PROTOCOL
Use the same sequence until good decisions become easier to reproduce under pressure.
Rate sleep, stress, urgency and focus. Reduce size or do not trade when your decision quality is compromised.
If the setup confirms, execute the planned size. If invalidated, exit. If you feel revenge urgency, leave the screen for a timed reset.
The market is not judging you. A loss is information about a position, not a verdict about your intelligence.
Capture the chart, rule adherence, emotional state and one lesson. Then close the session.

FIELD CHECKLIST
01Am I trading the setup or my need to feel right?
02Would I take this after a winning day?
03Did I accept the full risk before entry?
04Can I leave the result untouched?
05What rule stops me after emotional escalation?
FAILURE PATTERNS
×Revenge trading
×Moving a stop to avoid being wrong
×Closing winners only to remove anxiety
×Mistaking adrenaline for confidence
×Changing the system after two losses
